Maille Wholegrain Mustard is a premium artisan-style mustard from one of France’s most celebrated condiment houses, and it is quite simply one of the finest mustards available. Made with whole mustard seeds that give it a wonderfully textured, rustic appearance and a complex, layered flavour, it has a milder, rounder heat than smooth Dijon mustard but a much greater depth of character. The whole seeds burst gently as you eat, releasing their flavour gradually for a satisfying and sophisticated taste experience. Maille Wholegrain is outstanding in vinaigrette salad dressings, stirred into cream sauces for pork or chicken, spread on sandwiches with good ham and cheese, or served as part of a charcuterie and cheese board.
