👥 Delivery Received by Others — Terms & Conditions
You may choose to have your order received by someone else, such as your condo office, building security, hotel reception, neighbour, spouse, or a friend.
However, please be aware:
- If a third party accepts your delivery, you are taking full responsibility for the condition of the products after they receive the package.
- Our delivery insurance will not cover any issues that occur after the package is handed over to a third party.
- Because we cannot guarantee how the order will be handled or stored, no refund or replacement can be provided if problems are found later.
For full coverage and protection, please ensure you personally receive and inspect the order when it arrives.
📝 Weight-Based Product Information
Some items are priced per piece because different weights cause incorrect system calculations.
You will always receive the best possible weight (e.g., 2–3 kg items aim for the maximum weight).
